Bedford NH Raised Ranch

I bought 32 Edinburgh Drive in August of 2013 and lived there for 18 months before we decided to rent it. Before moving out in 2015 we paved the driveway, replaced the garage doors, replaced the carpets, changed the popcorn ceilings to smooth plaster, changed the light fixtures and painted the entire interior including trim. We bought a 2 bedroom condo in Merrimack and decided to move into it so that we could rent the home. We found a great family to live there and they seem happy as well.

In September 2017 we moved back in to start a family and leased out the condo instead.
